1. Standard UK delivery on our products is approx. 3-5 working days.
2. Our office hours are 9am – 5pm GMT Mon – Fri.
3. Orders may be made through our website, by phone.
4. We accept payment by bank wire transfer or most major credit and debit cards.
5. All items come with a 14 days money back guarantee if you are at all dissatisfied. Please note we cannot refund delivery charges in this situation.
6. Manufacturers can change packaging style and colour at any time without warning, PROCLEANHUB is obliged to inform customers only if the composition of product has changed or any other aspect of the product as described as shown on any images on the company website.
7. We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery or customs charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.
8. The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
9. All of our prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the current government rate of 20.0%.
10. We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.
11. Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign for it we reserve the right to charge delivery again.
